1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability, supplier location, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

If you wish to place an order from outside the U.S., please contact us at leafvibe@leafvibepets.com before purchasing.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times after order processing are as follows:

Free Shipping On orders over $60 Automatically applied at checkout

Delivery times may vary due to supplier locations, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Multiple Shipments

Some items may ship separately from different suppliers or warehouses.
As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can also log in to your Leafvibe account to check your order status at any time.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days after shipment, please contact leafvibe@leafvibepets.com.


6. Delays and Lost Packages

Leafvibe, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier issues

  • Customs delays (for any future international shipments)

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


7. Address Changes

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product immediately.

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at leafvibe@leafvibepets.com.

We will investigate the issue and assist with replacements or refunds as appropriate.
